How to Care for Your Candle
1. Memory Burn: On the first light, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar to prevent tunelling and ensure an even surface for future burns. Usually 30 minutes.
2. Trim the Wick: Always trim the wick to 5mm before every light to maintain a steady, clean frame and avoid black smoke.
3. Optimal Burn Time: For best results, do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to preserve the fragrance and prevent the glass from overheating.
4. To put out the flame, simply cover the jar with its lid. Avoid blowing out the candle to prevent unnecessary smoke and keep the scent lingering in the air.

Please keep in mind that because we use natural palm wax, our candles are designed to be a gentle sensory experience rather than an overwhelming one. Our reason for using palm wax is because it is a sustainable ingredient, unlike petroleum-derived paraffin wax. 

Safety Guidelines
1. Always place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials like curtains.
2. Never leave a burning candle unattended and ensure it is extinguished before leaving the room.
3. Keep your candles out of reach of children and pets, especially curious cats.
4. For safety, discontinue use when only 10mm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
